FREE SPEECH VICTORY IN OREGON SUPREME COURT

Lake authored five briefs and collaborated with the ACLU to encourage the Oregon Supreme Court to uphold strong free speech rights.   The Court agreed, and secured Oregon's distinct constitutional speech protections.
